Our process begins with a comprehensive technical assessment of the property, considering its location, proximity to REMATA's operational centers, and compliance with eligibility criteria. At this stage, we conduct an integrated diagnosis that includes:

Document analysis: verification of Deed, CIGEF, CCIR, CAR, etc.;
Geospatial analysis: use of GIS and AI to describe current and past land uses in rural areas ;
Characterization: topography, soil types, vegetation cover, and presence of water resources;
Risk and agroforestry potential assessment: identification of restrictions (fire, contamination, etc.) and opportunities for agroforestry plantations

This initial assessment guides the project's subsequent technical planning and ensures safety and feasibility in system implementation.
